Remove the advertisement stuff from your bills. Be Green yourself! You keep pushing paperless billing, but keep putting addvertisement trash for FiOS and everything else in your bills. Send just the bill. I have your service, if I want more I will see it online and or ask for it.

Remove the go green screen from the MyVerizon login.

Hey, here's idea !  How about your technical genius' put together a program that allows you to filter out current paying customers from the rest of the world?   Then you will only be sending 6 tons of unwanted advertising material to people who actually qualify for your specials!  I already pay you for these services.  Why would I want to sign up again?  Save $$$ on bulk postage and pass the savings on to us.  Save on useless paper and save a couple thousand trees!  Show a little intelligence and fiscal  as well as environmental responsibility.  I know the technology is out there so make use of it.  Or just quit telling us how advanced you are!

I very rarely get any kind of promotion mailing from Verizon (I do get some but nothing near what you're describing). I have been a FiOS customer since June 2008 and almost every single solitary day since switched from the god awful Comcast I get some sort of mailer from Comcast. In fact some days I get 2-3 things in the mail from Comcast. I never ever look at them, or open them, I just toss it directly in the trash can

Bulk mail, it's not just a Verizon thing.
