This is a must have channel for me (as well as many other southern California residents) if Verizon does not plan on carrying this network by mid October I will be forced to change to another television provider.

I agree, if this channel is not added for southern california, you will have 10's of thousands of customers converting back  to cable!!!!!!!!

I don't want to switch providers, but I will if this isn't ironed out soon.

please carry sportsnet asap. it starts october 1, first preseason game oct 7. im i do not want to wait or be forced to switch providrs which i really do not want to do..  this is a deal breaker that is a couple weeks away, please make some sort of announcement or expect a mass exodus from laker nation.

by tical2247 on ‎09-19-2012 12:20 PM

I agree as well. If these channels are not added I will have to look for another provider that does carry them.

Ditto here. I would be willing to pay for the TW sportsnet channel if in a separate package if I have to.  I really don't want to switch, but will if I miss even one game.  I have happily paid over $15,000 to verizon fios over six years of service, but will not continue when my contract is up next month if this isn't available.  Please make it happen!

Please add time warner sportsnet so fans can watch laker games!!  I would hate to switch but we will need to if verizon fios doesn't carry the channel!

by ggonzal on ‎10-01-2012 11:42 AM

Echoing what the others have said... I need my Lakers.

by ggonzal on ‎10-01-2012 11:45 AM

DKB makes a good point - at the very least offer it as a separate package. I read somewhere that Time Warner wanted $3 - $5 per subscriber for the channel. If that's the case just offer it as a $5/month package. I would definitely pay for it at that price point.

Even if Verizon's margin on the Sportsnet package isn't huge, Verizon will end up keeping a LOT of customers which is well worth it.
