Subscribing to channels

So many channels have a message to click on OK to subscribe yet when I click on OK it does not work and I am asked to call a phone number. Many of these channels are not premium channels so I don't understand what the problem is for me to have access to them. Actually, I was hoping there is a way to bypass these channels completely even though some of them appear as channels I am supposed to already be subscribed to. If there are 450 channels on Verizon (as an example) I probably only have access to half of them. Verizon does not have to entice me to try a channel since I am already paying a substantive amount for the internet/phone/television service.

What package do you have? If you don't have Ultimate, these may be channels that are not part of your package.

If you do have Ultimate, then you may need to consult tech support.
