Now whether people are aware of this or not there are a whole bunch of websites that are out there that have the personal and supposedly private information of people that should not be made available to anyone. Verizon claims that they do not disclose or even make available any of this to anyone but it is very interesting to see how all of the information that has been provided to verizon is all automatically made available for people to see. Many of these websites make it seem as if you have actually signed up for an account with them to allow this information to be made public and it is somewhat disturbing to see how much is out there. Websites like mylife, whitepages, intellius, and 411 info have so much inside information that has not been provided to them by the people whose personal info is public that it is a dangerous game that is being played with people's personal info. Anyone out there who wants to ascertain this information will have your name, home address, home phone, email address and a map as to how to find your home that could lead to something unfortunate happening to someone. Privacy advocate groups should do everything that they can to prevent this from continuing because this kind of information being made available for everyone to see is not a good thing. If you think that your personal info is private think again. Google your name and see for yourself how much info there is that is out there about you which includes how someone can get directions to your home.
