Why not let us respond to your “customer service” e-mails?

I just got an e-mail stating that you helped me with a problem with my phone service. Well, you didn't! I didn't call about my phone service. I called about my TV and internet service!! I have pages and pages of saved "live chat" detailing my concerns about TV and Internet ending with the agent assuring me that he felt my pain and that everything would be taken care of.

 

And then I get an e-mail saying you helped me with a phone problem?!! I don't have phone service with Verizon. Here is the ticket case number:{edited for privacy} - it was about TV and Internet, NOT PHONE!!

 

OMG!! This is not to be believed!
