We are presented with the ability on the web to add/remove channels on your STB 'favorites'. I like that I can do it from the web rather than the STB chnnel changerr. However, It is interactive - i.e. just one channel at a time can be accomodated. It takes a few seconds each time for it communicate with the STB when one is added or deleted. The user should be presented a way to 'batch' enter a selected list of channles so that he/she doesn't have to wait a number of seconds for the STB to respond for each channle change.

Just give us a way to select a whole set of channels and perform the action to the STB just once so we don't have to wait for the STB (sometimes up to 20 seconds per each add/delete action). This operation via the web page has not been thought out and the users have to suffer this time consuming operation of adding or deleting a bunch of channels to their favorites.

This idea has been on the list for a bit, but is very difficult to make work... we'll get it in there... could be several more months.

Where is this capability to add/remove channels on the web?  I've been looking for it for two hours!
