Please roll back your latest update so the Program Grid doesn't block the screen! It was fine with the small screen on the upper right-hand corner, and NO, the half-size menu doesn't alleviate the problem. Why make a good feature bad? Please bring back that option.
I understand this is only available to 150/35 (or higher) customers? That's crazy! I'm running a Drobo NAS device for in-home backup. Performance is sub-par with my MI424WR 100/10 router. Why on earth would you not make the upgrade available? Happy to pay you for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When will the HBO GO APP be available for the Xoom and Honeycomb? This is a serious oversite, tablets were made for this type of content!
I ENJOY WATCHING FIOS 1 LOCAL NEWS...BUT WOULD PREFER IN HD. PLEASE HAVE AN HD VERSION OF FIOS 1.YOU GUYS MUST OF SOLVED YOUR BANDWIDTH PROBLAM BY NOW. ALSO FIOS 1 SHOULD HAVE INTERACTIVE FEATERS WHEN YOU PRESS SELCT BUTTON SHOULD BE ABLE TO NEWS AND WEATHER TRAFFIC ON DEMAND.
Verizon's list of 103 countries in the World Plan is not competitive. Other providers' list for similar are much more extensive. I know people who have left Verizon solely for this reason even though they were happy with FIOS and thought that it was superior to other products.
Suggestion: Since it is typically more expensive to call the countries that are not that list, and there are several countries where the rates are about 20%-25% higher than the ones on the list, there should be a plan in place to capture this. These could be designated a Tier Two List with a WorldPlan 200 for the same price as the current WorldPlan 300 .
Currently, I spend $15 to $20 on phone cards a month to call another country(candidate for the Tier Two List) for about 200 minutes. I would love the convenience of using my Verizon services instead going out to get a phone card and I am sure that Verizon would appreciate the extra revenue.
You should have an options to set up temporary call forwarding when you report an outage. You should be able to forward calls to a cell, office, another home line. Even under normal conditions it can take a week to get an appointment!!!
Your website offers directions for forwarding only FROM YOUR PHONE. If my phone worked, I wouldn't need forwarding!!!!!
One thing i dont like about VOD is that after awhile old episodes in seasons go away. I think you should keep the old episodes because lots of people love watching reruns of old episodes. Ex. Falling Skies the season just started and i cant even see the first episode anymore.
Due to financial crisis, Verizon FIOS could add all business and economic channels to all levels of programming for FREE! This would demonstrate Verizon's care and commitment to its customers.
As they say on Neil Cavuto's show, "If you don't get Fox Business Channel......Demand it!"
Don't make us demand it. Get out in front, and pay it forward, please.
I was wondering when Verizon was going to add some international English speaking programming to the international section of the lineup? Services from England (the real BBC channels), Canada, Australia, Ireland, Scotland, New Zealand? Any talks about programming like this? It would be nice to have the option to subscribe to programming from other countries without having to speak foreign languages. Multi-culture in the English speaking world is definitely lacking here in America. Thanks.
prior to moving to California, i was a very happy at&t uverse customer. i was rather disappointed when i found out services are zoned here and that at&t was not the designated service provider for my area. while verizon has decent service, the capability of the dvr significantly lacks that of at&t. there are dvr's (as at&t uses) that allow for recording up to 5 different channels at one time, have SIGNIFICANTLY more storage capacity (we're talking at least 100 hours), more user friendly and "smart" controls for forwarding and rewinding, and easier remote access to dvr recordings from the internet. better technology is available and i highly recommend verizon stepping up to the latest and greatest capabilities, or at least technology that's already been available for a couple of years...
You've got Fox Soccer Plus, a channel my 8 year old avid soccer fan son loves, right next to "Hot Choice" in the listings so when he checks the guide to see which match is playing or upcoming, he's confronted with titles right above the FSP listings such as (and I'm just scrolling through the upcoming titles within the next 12 hours) "Hot Moms Crave Sexy Young Sluts" "Creamy Teen Fantasies" and "Screw My Wife Please". I'm no prude by any stretch, but I'm sure that it's more likely that this post is censored due to those titles than the guide would be. I don't think that I should have to select a setting that blocks every R rated and above title on the guide in order to avoid the jawdroppingly inappropriate titles that appear immediately above a sports channel. Please allow for a setting to have just adult titles blocked. Or to have the titles on the adult PPV blocked. Or perhaps keep those channels that... let's say... give way too much of the plot away in the title a few blocks removed from a channel you could/should expect a child to be checking in on.
offer FULL FIOS TV WITH ON DEMAND AND ALL INTERACTIVE FEATURES through xbox 360 ..as an app..or through existing stb..as well as partner with xbox and allow them to create kinect funcionality , so users can interact through kinect via voice or hand gestures to change channels or select on demand content. that would be killer. theyve done it with hulu plus and netflix..why not fios? to not have to switch between my dvr and xbox all the time would be appreciated by many, but to use kinect feature would be a serious upgrade for fios tv, with out fios having to spend money on new software.
