Let people pick and choose what level of the three services they want. Create your own bundle on the web site does not work. It only lets you get all or nothing.

Every time I come on to verizon's website it is beyond frustrating. I pay at least 6 other bills online and every one of them is so easy. Everything on your website is difficult to find, paying a bill is near impossible, and there are too many choices everywhere. I am always searching around to find what I want. I have car insurance with Geico and it is the most user friendly site that I use by far. You should completely redesign your website based on their model.

If you have elected to check out Verizon's new email application Message Center by selecting "New Email Version" link the Classic email interface, you will continue to be able to revert to Classic email whenever you wish. However, if you have been force migrated to Verizon's New email application, Message Center, you will be using Verizon Message Center exclusively. We believe that it is an improved, more feature rich experience. Furthermore, Verizon would like to focus all its improvements and enhancements into one email application going forward to deliver an optimal customer experience.

There's no nice way to put this: the Verizon web portal sucks. It makes me want to punch my wife and kick my dog. No, seriously, trying to do anything on the Verizon website makes me want to commit an act of domestic violence. Give the users an alternative that doesn't force us to load 10 terabytes of flash and JavaScript. I just want to pay my bill and your website prevents me from doing it half the time.


For the love of all things great and small, please create a "no frills" version of the website for those of us who don't want all the "enhancements".

Remove/update eSata FAQ

The eSata FAQ found here...


...vontains numerous errors or omissions. The main one being that nowhere does it say IMG 1.9 is REQUIRED for you to hook an eSata drive to your DVR. Please delete or fix the FAQ, which (I hope unintentionally) deceives your customers.Thanks.

Noticed that with a connection other than fios, the "My Verizon" web seems kinda slow.

And how come paying customers are forced to clear-out full screen ADs after signing in to the website - not a biggie but annoying.

During freeviews both VOD and remote DVR scheduling should be enabled.


Went to try and remotely schedule (during the freeview period) a couple of movies on EPIX for the March "freeview" (during the freeview period) only to go through the whole process and get an error message saying I am not subscribed.  Also have tried in the past to use VOD with a simialr error message from the STB.

Please get rid of the blinking promos on the Internet home pages.  They are really annoying.  At least allow us to X them out after viewing.

Get rid of from all your page loads! Privacy is important to me and hitbox seems to be the first thing that loads on EVERY Verizon page. Not Verizon but hitbox. Give up what you have to offer. Give us what we ask for. Let us choose what we want, not what you think we want by spying.

These items used to be easily foung. Now it seems next to imposible. Please make access to the Internet account tools easier to find.


Much of stuff has been retired. Access to site builder is now through with many of the other tools. This needs to be fixed. How I can get to it now, I must jump through hoops.

This really stinks. Anyone know of a shortcut? If I find it I will post. But there are things that are not right since the domain started getting messed with. First thing you get when you login to is the shopping page and then you must search for everything unless all you want is to spend more money.

Can't print channel lineup in numerical format from PDF or the lineup page. Hard to track what is there and what is not when they are not in order. Change to the channel lineup page and select numerical or alphabetical and then try to print it. Good luck! It only prints what is in the current window, and not what is in the scroll buffer. WHY? Attempt to print a side by side comparison in any format, good luck! I think this needs immediate attention. Look A to Z and try and figure out what is missing at your tier or the one you are considering. That is what I am going to do. How are we to compare without the PC? I think perhaps if people had it in black and white it may get looked at in more detail prior to agreeing to something you may or may not want. Perhaps I am being cynical, but I don't think so. Perhaps I will look at and sort my lineup and make a printable comparison of all three tiers. This post had Zero responses and then was locked. Am I missing something? Could be. I have before.:smileysad:

 files sorted 2 different ways: one my channel number, the other by channel name. The current procedure lists the channels in multiple columns, which is fine, except each column continues onto the next PAGE instead of to the next COLUMN on the SAME PAGE, which is the more logical way to organize it!


There have been improvements over the yers, but come one, make the print button print what is n the scroll buller and not one and a hal fpages of trash. Thank you


Here is a sample of what should be printable form the side by side comparisons. Or tattles from the channel lineup with the pretty little dot! Pardon the copywrite violations, but I had to give an example. The PDFs are nice. But make everything on your page work the way it should. Let me get a hard copy so I can actually sit down and compare apples to apples. See the attached PDF for Montgomery County Maryland. This is what is in the scroll buffer, why will not print.

I think I read about the process of printing in history books... if I recall it has something to do with killing trees and feeding their processed remains into a machine... that machine uses this stuff called "ink" to put the things on see on my screen onto the dead trees...?  Is that correct?

Please fix the Media Guide so that is can start with the current time.  I went to look at 7:30Pm and could not start it at that time.  It was on a 3 hour grid.  So It had to start at 6Pm or 9Pm.  Why could I not see from 7:30Pm on?  Also is there a way to eliminate channels you know you won't watch?  I sadly don't speak any other languages and would like to take them off of my guide. thank you.
