One of the cheapest (and most effective) forms of advertising that I have ever used has been Voice Broadcasting. There is a company in Seattle that hosts a web based voice broadcast auto dialer, and also provides free B2B leads to broadcast to ( VoicecastGlobal.com ) It is pretty interesting really. I had never even heard of that type of advertising before my company started using it.
