My contract with verizon for double play phone & Fios is 59.99 but I am charged 79:99. Every time I tried to solve this issue they put me on hold (NEVER ENDING) or hung up on me. I have the contract as a proof that my contract is 59:99. any suggestion to solve this issue.

Thanks for your reply, I am not sure what you mean by " I have sent you PM" . I would like to continue to discuss this issue and solve it ASAP bc I am still paying 79.99 for this Month to avoid late payment charges... Thank you.
