Hello, I work for California Music Studios, which has been in business for 25 years. A music student informed us that Verizon 411 is giving an incorrect phone number.
Please make sure that your Verizon 411 database has the correct info:

Hi ornahp, I have already jumped through hoops. Like last week, I chatted with Pedro, he gave me an 800...on which I spoke with Brittany, who likewise gave me another 800 number, which was a dead-end as the last phone prompt asked me for my Verizon account.
I do not use Verizon phone/wireless service, nor does the company I work for. Verizon keeps ping-ponging me back & forth, within their compartmentalized maze.
One of our Verizon customers is given a wrong phone number by Verizon 411, a number which endlessly rings. Frustrating, especially if Verizon refers new clients to our business. There does not seem to be a clear-cut way to resolve the problem.
