If you prepare a solid business plan before you start a new business it will expose how little you know about the challenges of opening a new business.  You must take the time to develop a business plan and keep the numbers realistic.

I agree with what is being said here, the question I request a response is: looking for investor on a new energy solution product, I rather borrow money to mass manufactor the new product rather then request funding for a prototype. I believe in proving answers and effiecnt statistic to request funding. Please correct me if I am wrong?
