Business Website lost with Frontier change

I am so frustrated. I had a business site through Verizon. When it changed to Frontier I apparently lost my website because they don't do that. The problem is I can't log on to Verizon anymore to even take my website down. It is still up and I can't change it or delete it. The only answer from Frontier is "we don't do websites and Verizon still owns it." I can't get anyone at Verizon to tell me what to do. Frustrated

I have notice this same issue is cross posted on multiple boards which is against the rules. Please do not cross post the same thread on multiple boards. I understand your frustrations. I also posted this link with the busness office contacts.
