Everything is already bright red and you have the Verizon logo across the top of the page.

The last thing I want to see as I am looking at messages is MORE ADS!!

Really? man get over it, its not 1995. This is the web ads are everywere now.

Your at Verizon so there for its not an add its just the logo like every other page would put on to let you know that you are still at Verizon, and so that when you click on the Verizon logo you can quickly get back to the home page..

If you would like to see less ad's on websites, then it is your responsibility to use specific applications to prevent this from happening. Might i suggest using Mozilla Firefox, while running the plugins Noscript and Adaware, both good plugins to help reverse the pop-up effect and unwanted scripts that can r un on websites. You can find all this information by going to mozilla's website.

TIP: VZW has very limited to no ads for any other website, if you do experience a pop up as well you could have adware installed on your pc that is triggered w henever you navigate or open your browswer.

I have only in the last few days found this forum. I think it is a fantastic forum. As for advertisement. Since I do not pay anything to use it and Verizon does it only makes since for them to have their ads on it. As for logon and other issues I use Firefox and on other sites have had some compatibility issues but never on this site. The only thing I have found negative on this forum is the disrespectful tone of some of the contributors and the ones that seem to be looking for all the bad and not seeking a solution. Can this forum be improved absolutely as with everything in IT there is no perfection. And I am speaking as someone that has been coding as a profession for 15 years. Bottom like is I appreciated Verizon for creating this and hope people will use it for positive not as a avenue to run down a company doing a GREAT job.

Well, I bet; that the thing that probbly truly annoys you, is that wierd guy in all the comericals....the one that's always like, "Can you hear me now?" And he's like supposed to be following you everywhere? right? like with his "large network"? (hahaha 'large' ha..)
 I mean, how annoying and creepy! lol
But I dont think the logo or "AD" is so bad. ( the color red is {word filter avoidance})

I really do think the worst part in Verizons advertising is that dude thats like in the comericals and such!
Cause, really, He's not actrative or anything..? like whats the point?...you know?! :smileytongue

Honestly, I think I should be the Verizon Spokesperson thingy! Seriously, get that middle-aged-stay-at-home-dad outta there! Get someone young and spicey! (me)

WoW is right . . . The Verizon middle age "Can ya hear me now" guy has made this company a gazillion bucks!    Don't think he's about to be fired anytime soon.
