No, I wasn't thinking of VZ hardware when I made the recommendation. I was thinking of all of the various components and parts that make up a modern entertainment system, everything from the TV, to the cables, AV receivers and so on. As a Sony TV owner, I was spurred on by the Oct recall of some of their TVs, a recall that seems to have gone unnoticed. I merely thought that since people who are enthusiastic about their entertainment are already at this website, why not have some relevant recall information handy? Many would be surprised at just what and how many consumer products are being recalled - from flashlights to ottomans. There are several websites at which to get such information, and this is but one:

Obviously, we don't want to turn into Consumer reports; but if something does impact the entertainment experience, maybe it would be worth noting. That's all.
