Cloud computing is the next level and the future for small and large enterprises.  What small business has to understand is that why the data and applications are located on servers not at their facilities or place of business that security and access are paramount.   Any failure in either could severely damage the ability of the business to conduct business.

For that reason research the tools, the company and the level of support before making a decision.
