It’s HERE – Black Friday Forever. . . or so it seems, especially with TVs and toys. This year, so many retail outlets have made their Black Friday pricing available since the beginning of the month, giving it a new name: Black November. Some large retailers even claim they began BFF in July. The good news is, consumers are expecting to spend more this year and more than half are likely to use online coupons and promo codes. And look out for the Just-In-Time Consumers who are behind on their shopping.
Whether you’re a retailer or not, the final push to offer (and for consumers to get) the best deals for the holiday season has begun. In fact, according to these PR trends, free shipping will continue to be a great way to attract and keep customers. Now is the time to attract customers by offering “special” or “holiday” discounts.
