Facts Don’t Support NYT Broadband Article

medfrd1248.JPGAccording to a recent article in the New York Times, the European Commission says that Europe leads the United States in broadband use.

We think this is simply wrong, and we post about it over at the Verizon PolicyBlog.

I guess if we put everyone in the US in an area the size of Texas or Califonia, everyone could have FIOS. Like apples and oranges? Then again GPON to my house would be nice. Not that many providers would be able to fill the pipe. Wow! Look at that trickle through the 16" sewer main. Content and features need to be improved before were could even think about needing more.
