It’s Good to Be No.1…again….

large_trophy.jpgEarlier this month, we mentioned that our TV service, FiOS TV, was rated No. 1 in customer satisfaction in the East in J.D. Power and Associates' annual TV service survey.  Now, results from the J.D. Power Internet satisfaction survey are in, and, the envelope please...

 

Verizon's consumer broadband services, FiOS Internet and Verizon High Speed Internet, beat 10 providers in the East.  Trailing behind are the legacy cable companies.  All those nasty cable ads apparently don't fool consumers.

 

In both the TV and Internet studies, Verizon FiOS outscored all competitors in overall satisfaction and three factors: performance and reliability; cost of service; and offerings and promotions.  FiOS Internet and HSI also scored first in billing.  These results affirm what many Verizon customers already know about their service: unmatched bandwidth capacity for super-fast upload and downloads, unmatched HD picture and sound quality, unmatched customer satisfaction.

 

Now customers in the East can combine their JD Power award-winning Verizon Wireless phone service with the award-winning TV and Internet for convenience and savings of up to $179 per year with our quad bundle offer.

 

It's not easy to pull together phone, Internet, TV and wireless and deliver top services, but we're working hard at it, and customers like you are noticing.  Thanks!
