The holidays are upon us, and electronic gadgets are topping everyone’s wish list, but how many times have you opened up a gift in excitement, only to end up frustrated from trying to connect it online?
Here at Verizon, we want to help make your holidays a little less stressful by helping you connect your new devices to your Verizon in-home network. The brand new FiOS Get Connected website is dedicated to answering all your questions about setting up your new products and services to the Verizon network in a flash.
Whether you receive an iPad, 3D TV, gaming console or some other hot ticket item, the FiOS Get Connected website has how-to guides for connecting the following items to your network:
- Gaming consoles
- 3D or Internet-ready TVs
- iPads, smart phones and other mobile devices
- Blu-Ray DVD players
- Verizon e-mail accounts
- Wireless home networks
Though the site doesn’t provide support for product-specific questions, we have links to our Verizon Community, which provides extensive support through customer forums, video tutorials, online classes and more. High Speed Internet customers can also find similar information at www.verizon.com/hsigetconnected.
This year, spend the holidays playing with your new presents, instead of tangled up in wires.
