Verizon Introduces ViewNow movie package

by on ‎12-19-2012 02:40 PM

ViewNow-FINAL-214x156.jpgIf you’re like me, you can never have your fill of too many movies. Comedies, romance, drama, cartoons – my family loves it all. And with FiOS, you certainly have an abundance of movies at your fingertips. With a Video on Demand library of 40,000 monthly titles, including 10,000 movies, you certainly have a lot of choices. Not to mention all of the amazing premium movie packages available. And that brings me to the news of the day. Verizon is introducing a brand new movie package called ViewNow.

ViewNow offers hundreds of classic movies and new independent films in both standard- and high-definition, available for unlimited viewing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  You get all of this for just $5.99 per month.

If you sign up today, you’ll have access to movies like ”Last Tango in Paris,” “Legends of the Fall” and ”Big Daddy.”  The choices change regularly, so keep a look out for your favorites or for those movies you’ve been wanting to see.  You can sign up right on your TV screen with your remote control, so check it out today!

It sounds sorta like Netflix, but a free trial for a month would be a good reason to consider a subscription. I like Netflix, but I would be OK with a change to Verizon if it proved to be comparable. Hey Verizon, give me a month to try it out, I might buy in.
