We have spend over three hours just trying to find out why our FIOS TV Extreme HD package is not including Channel 739 (Hallmark Movie Channel).  What was so frustrating was that the information on the screen telling us what to do conflicted.  We called the telephone number listed, but the directions stated to select choice 3 and there were no choices.  We stayed on the line for over 25 minutes and never had our call answered.  Then we went online.  None of the service options worked.  We are really frustrated that none of the service support options of Verizon work.  As it happens, my family has large blocks of Verizon stock, so as a stock holder I have really big concerns about how Verizon is serving its customers.  We also have a Comcast contract at our beach home and the Hallmark Movie Channel is included in their similar package.  Additional, when I have had questions about their service, I never waited online for more than 10 minutes.  We really do not want to change our service for this residence, but we are totally frustrated that we cannot even contact anyone.  I also tried "Live Chat'' and was told there were 80 people ahead of me and I would have to wait for one hour and 20 minutes.  You have to be kidding.  Is this any way to serve your customers?

I am very sorry about this. Can you send me a private message with your name, phone number for your service, and the best number to reach you at during the day?

Thank you,

Heather

I logged in here to try to get answers as to why the movies my dad is renting from your Fios movies are breaking up and making the movie difficult to get into. Twice in a row my dad rents movies from this service and both have had the same issue with alot of breaking up as if a bad disk. I was being transfered to the fios department and apparently alot of others are having issues with your services as well. I started with a 5 minute wait time and it went up as high as 30 minutes. This is COMPLETELY ridiculous! If it was up to me with all the other things that have bothered me about these services I would have gone back to our previous provider. If problems persist I really suggest you start giving people their money back for renting these movies that are terrible to view.

You'll note that there are no Pac12 games on that list because Verizon refuses to add Pac12 los Angeles for their Cali customers... leaving them in the dark for 22 ranked UCLA and 2 ranked USC. Let's get it together Verizon! UCLA will be a top 5 basketball team and half their games are on this channel!!!
