All my Verizon email folders and old messages disappeared - HELP I need them !!

Has anyone had old email messages disappear??  Also...all my created and populated folders are gone!


How can they be restored????

You run that risk using webmail.  It's only as safe as the carrier makes it.  In the future use outlook or thunderbird to download the mail to your local system.  There you can make backup copies on DVD as often as you need.
