When I click on an embedded e-mail address on a commercial site, I get an error message with no content or explanation for why the e-mail address can't be responded to
Do you have an email client installed and set up on your PC? What browser are you using when this occurs?
The mailto links will attempt to open the email client that your browser is configured to use. We need to figure out where the breakdown is occuring in order to try to fix it.
