Email Forwarding Issues back to my Account

Any email I send to myself via an email forwarding service from the Verizon/Yahoo web mail page always goes to SPAM. Two email forwarding services that I use are Gmail and Pobox.com. This just started around a month or so ago as I've been with Verizon for over 3 years and this had been working. The email addresses are in my contacts list and are assigned to the "Not Spam" list. Any ideas???

You may want to look into unlinking VZ from Yahoo, there is a long thread about this http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Verizon-net-Email/Unlinking-Verizon-email-from-Yahoo-portal/m-p/413475#...
