So I tried logging in today and was faced with this. I tried doing the reset with the home number who my father has the main account of. We went through the process and I am still locked out and his email is fine. I do have a wireless number through his main account also, but I do not know if that is related to this in some way? I figure if I don't have a Home Telephone related to this email account directly is there a solution to help me through this?
I am having the same issues. Verizon tech told me 2 months to fix. Did you find a resolution?
