Anchor Text Links Not Working
Some suggest "tell the sender of messages they are doing something wrong..."
FALSE!
Subscribe to the same messages on several email providers and ONLY VERIZON will get the links as plain text.
Just because only some customers, but not all, randomly don't get what they pay for, does not mean it's OK.
Note: this problem is a Verizon problem, not "your computer", NOT "your browser", NOT "your senders of messages"
VERIZON KNOWS THIS.
THEY HAVE NO SHAME, NO PRIDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RELIABLE SOFTWARE, NO COMPETENT OR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT.
Blame the customer? NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have generally been unable to log in to Verizon webmail from Bellevue WA for several days. I am using a DSL modem using Qwest service. At my Verizon home base, I use Verizon FIOS.
Here is what happens when I try to log in. At the Verizon log in page, I see the young man at his lap top, and I have the login prompts for userid and password. The userid and password (they are remembered by my browser. I click on "sign in," and the internet access briefly takes place without changing the web page. The "done" status appears at the bottom left of the window, and I am still at the log in page. This same process happens from two different browsers, Firefox and IE. Although this happens most of the time, every once in a while I am granted access to my webmail account. Since I am using the remembered userid and password, this confirms that they are correct.
The symptoms look like webmail is redirecting its access back to the log in screen instead of opening access to my account. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

"We are unable to perform your request. Please try again."
I am having this problem also. It occurs mainly between noon and 4pm EST whether i am accessing my webmail from home or work here in Northern NJ.
It's been a problem for quite sometime, but has gotten a lot worse in the last 2 or 3 days. Especially when sending an email. I'll get that message and the email seems to have gone nowhere and remains on the screen. If I check my SENT folder, sometimes it is there and sometimes not.

Mac computer. OS 10.5. Safari 4.0. Verizon Webmail. E-mailed images (jpg) will not load on the e-mail screen. Question marks appear on the screen. The images appear as attachments listed near the top of the e-mail window. When you click on the attachments, the photos appear and are downloaded to the desktop. I have already checked webmail settings, and they should allow all images. How do I get the images to load into the e-mail window rather than appear as attachments?

If you mean like this,

then click on Load Images.

Thanks so much for your response.
Unfortunately, when question marks rather than the intended images appear in the body of the e-mail letter , I do not get that message that the e-mail contains unloaded images, and the load images button does not appear.
The only way to see the images is to click on the jpeg files that are listed as attachments. Then the images then open up, each in its own separate window.
This problem is happening on my mom's desktop Mac at her home. She is using Verizon's webmail program to handle her e-mail.
I forwarded the letter with the missing images to my e-mail address, and the images appeared in the body of the e-mail letter exactly where they should.
I use a MacBook that is essentially the same as my mom's desktop Mac. I use Safari as my browser as well, but I use the built-in Mail program to handle my e-mail. When unloaded images come in a letter, the load images button always appears. This is why I suspect it is a Verizon webmail glitch.

Hmm..
How about showing a screenshot?
But without showing info, that I do not need to know: Such as your e-mail address.

I just tried to see the screen shot image, and it is not appearing when I click on the png file.
Is there a way to convert it to a jpg file?
Sorry. I use technology all of the time, but my level of sophistication in its use is limited.

Check your PMs. It is the envelope in the upper right hand corner of the screen. I have sent you some tips on how to show your image.
