I recently just got verizon and I went in to set up my email. I got logged in and it told me this:
Our records indicate that this email account does not exist in our system. Please go to http://netservices.verizon.net/portal/msa/bookmark
I went to the website and iIdidn't know what to do there or where to go. Any help is appriciated!

For an issue like that, I would recommend contacting Verizon directly. They should be able to pull up your account an find the problem faster than anyone here (myself included) could stumble around to the correct answer. Options on their Contact Us page. I've had good luck with the Live Chat, but there are other options as well.

Did you ever activate your services after the fios was installed?
try going to http://activate.verizon.net and follow the instructions

You get this error when you have not enabled email access for your sub account.
From the same place you made your sub account in "Manage My Sub Accounts" and allow Email

Have the exact same issue. I just want to access the main email and not from a sub account and have no sub account. I assume when we create an account we are supposed to get an Verizon email? I'm thinking the email is not being created. I guess I'm going to have to contact support.
