Verizon.net Email

Periodically (about once a month), my verizon email account is sending out mass message.  I only realize this when I get messages back from postmaster about undeliverable mail.  Where is this coming from?  How can I stop it?

Sounds like your account is compromised. You should reset your password and secret question/answer, for starters.

I found out today I had the same problem. I received emails from friends and family saying they are getting emails from me that I did not send. All advertisements too. Cialas, viagra and etc.... I changed my password this after noon but I don't know if it worked. I just logged on to my email I noticed I received 3 emails from advertisements now. So I don't know what's to do. I got out going and incoming and that was at 8pm. I did my password changed earlier today. Not sure what to do if someone is getting in my account.
