I have been a loyal Verizon client for over forty years -- residential, business, and cellular -as well as a stockholder. How does an individual such as myself get to speak with someone within the company that has "clout." For the first time, I have found myself reevaluating my enitre relationship with Verizon and exploring other vendors. My issue has been time comsuming and frustrating and if it were not for the damage done, comedic.
