I would like to have a shortcut on my desktop for my email, which will bring me directly to my online Verizon email account. How can I do this?

#1 At the desktop, right click.
This assumes that:
a) you are on Windows. If you are not on Windows, please post.
b) and you usually left click on stuff to start programs (open files) for example.
#2 Select new.
#3 Then select, shortcut.
#4 Type in http://webmail.verizon.com/
#5 Click next.
#6 For the name, type in Verizon e-mail.
#7 Click finish.

Done, creating shortcut.
#1 To use the shortcut, you will have to:
a) Click on Verizon e-mail on the desktop.
b) Log-in as need be.

Right click on the desktop, and in the pull-down that appears mouse over New in the list, then click on Shortcut in the list that then appears.
This is normal Windows procedure, nothing special about it.
