You could try setting up another Email account at google or hot mail. If that Email account works, then there is nothing wrong with your computer and you know the problem is with Verizon. My Verizon E mail is working fine at the moment, but I have had problems at times. You could also contact Verizon 1-800-VERIZON. They have helped me in the past. Just don't give up. You might even try contacting one of the Verizon employees on this forum by E mail. They have been extremely helpful to me. They will get you to the right person at Verizon.
