My emails tagged as spam when using Outlook but not when using Verizon Web Client

All, emails from my Outlook are being tagged as spam (new or replies) but not when I use the Verizon Web Client.  This issue only started about a week ago. 

This is the message we get with the bounced back emails.  Yes, I've sent to Verizon's sspam service but again it doesn't happen when we use the Verizon Web client only with Outlook

550 5.7.1 The message you attempted to send was determined to be spam. Please visit http://www.verizon.net/spamfaq for more information.

Anyone else seen this issue?

You can look at my thread (userid MikeE3). I have a similar problem but only when I forward or reply to an email. Composing a new one from Outllook or Outlook Express works OK.  Caution 🙂 I have not come up with a solution yet. If I do, I'll let you know.
