The new Verizon Web Mail Interface is really sub par. It is very slow, inflexible and has poor interfacedesign. There are numerous extra steps that make it harder for the user. The pop up on the spell check is an example. This is really amateur. Not sure who the UI architect was, but it is really bad.
I agree, I don't like it either ..Never did it's awkward and problematic. Too many issues I love the older one, it was antiquated but it work!!!! I wished they'd do something like Yahoo! where you could setup for only the modules you'd actually use as opposed to all the other nonsense we are now apparently stuck with.
