Poor response from Fios Elite team

I have had Fios for over six years ( 3 yrs in California and 3 yrs in Virginia).  I had asked to speak with a supervisor in regards to service.  The team member did not press forward with my reguest to address my concerns about verizon policy.  This employee just kept repeating policy and did not provide a form of ID. so he could be directly addressed in this this compliant.   I am waiting on a response from Verizon.  Its sad when you have to make the compliant on a open forum.
