Why is it that I'm CONSTANTLY having problems accessing my email from the web. I was fine this morning but then all of a sudden, NOTHING! This happens ALL the time and I'm getting really annoyed! VERY tempted to cancel my Verizon account and switch back to Comcast. NEVER had this problem with Comcast.
Today's error message takes me to a screen that has a bunch of technical gibberish but includes "session expired". Um, how can it be expired when I JUST LOGGED ON!
Can anyone help me? I've tried logging in through different screens and it takes me back to the same error....GRRRR!

Same here... I get the following message when I try to access e-mail:
"We were unable to perform your request. Please try again."

Exact same thing has happenned to me today too. Have been looking through support to get answers. I'm glad, in a way, that it's not just me. Hopefully they are aware of a system problem and will get it fixed soon. **bleep** frustrating.

Apparently it is systemwide, because I see posts from all over. The sad thing is I have problems with accessing e-mail all the time. I hope they will be making changes that make it easier to access in the future.

I can relate to your FRUSTRATION!
Recently HAD to switch over to Verizon email from MyYahoo..otherwise all the messages would not be forwarded to MyYahoo homepage. Reluctantly made the switch..now I have messages returned because I don't have enough data storage space for my high volume emails. My contact list was transferred and totally screwed up, so I had to take lots of time to sort through the mess and recatergorize everything. It's slower than molasses, and this is suppose to be their high-speed DSL. More time off-line than on-line, computer "time-outs", it's driving us nuts!!
We were use to a wonderful MyYahoo page, where we had all the customized information we liked to see each day when we logged onto the internet. Now we get this horrible Verizon page with nothing but advertisements for upgrades, etc. If I wanted upgrades, I would have asked about hem. I just want MyYahoo back!
I've written to them, so has my spouse...no response from Verizon. Feels like we stepped back in time a few years in technology. It's like Verizon doesn't care about servicing our needs through their email system!
