Retrieval of deleted emails

I accidentally deleted an email that I need. It is no longer in my trash bin. Any way to find it anyway?

If it was less than 30 days there may be a slight chance. I would contact Vz support via chat or phone and see if it can be restored. But TNS_2 is most likely correct.
