Anyone else having difficulties logging in to their Verizon email? I tried to log in and the page keeps coming back saying my session has timed out - please try again. I was able to login earlier (and logged out) and am unable to at this time -

According to Tech Support, there is a mail outage. They couldn't say when it will be fixed, but hopefully it will be soon.

{please keep it relevant} They definately were not ready to switch off the verizon yahoo on March 27 but went ahead and did it anyway. Why are we still being billed at full price for services (webmail, online sharing and backup, etc) when we are not receiving them. All should request an adjustment on their bills and accounts for this poor excuse for service

Their chat support was pretty useless too. They said it's a problem on their end without providing any details and said it will take hours (not defined how many) to fix it.Even utility companies post announcements of outages and status on their sites. Why can't Verizon do that same? Do they like to have their call centers overloaded with unnecessary calls?

I've got the same problem here in NY. Interesting twist though - I have one main email account and a number of sub-accounts. My main acount works fine, my sub-accounts time out! very frustrating!As far as I can see thier solution is that they're recognizing that there is a problem.

THey are essentially making it timeout whenever you leave it now.

I have had that same problem since Feb. They should have found a solution by now. Guess I might have to go back to Comcast.

is anyone else having your sessions "timed out" whenever you try to view email? I'm being asked to re-enter my sign-in information every time. VERY frustrating!

Whenever I try to sign onto my emails I get a session timed out messge and have to sign in manually.

Every time I sign on to my emails I get a "session timed out" message and have to manually sign in even though I always check the "keep me signed in" box. I used to be able to sign in directly to my inbox. THIS ONLY ONE OF THE RECURRING PROBLEMS I HAVE WITH THIS SYSTEM including no response to "delete" commands and "an error has occurred" message that will not go away until I completely restart the session. If this were not bundled with my other systems I would drop it in a heartbeat. It has gradually become a huge pain in the **bleep**.
