When I log in to my verizon (sub) email account I get the error message:
Sorry, your account is suspended. Please consult Tech Support.
When I send myself an email from another account this bounces back:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
How do I get this fixed?

You need to contact them to find out why and get them to correct it.
Probably best to call 1-800-verizon during "business hours" but you could use one of the other contact us options. Unless its something simple like excessive password violations, you will probably have to contact during business hours to check out the status of your account.
