I have used trueswitch as well, it moved my current emails from my roadrunner email account over to my new verizon email, but it is not forwarding any new emails that are sent to my old roadrunner email - what was your fix?
I have used trueswitch as well, it moved my current emails from my roadrunner email account over to my new verizon email, but it is not forwarding any new emails that are sent to my old roadrunner email - what was your fix?
Is your Roadrunner account still active? If not, Roadrunner is bouncing them back and Trueswitch never gets them to forward.
