We were on the new E mail and they put us back on the old.  We were not given a choice.  I also wish Verizon would level with their customers and let us all know what is going on with both the new E mail and the new home page.

In our neighborhood many of us switched to Verizon because the service with Comcast was so poor.  Now, I see that many are switching back to Comcast.

I almost yearn for the old AOL days when the speed was slow ,but I rarely had problems with the service.Smiley Sad

I wish Verizon would force me back to the old email. A while back I called Verizon customer service repeatedly and begged them to put me back on the old webmail package but they kept saying they couldn't do it. Verizon seems to have lost control over the whole email thing.

Let me add my voice to the overwhelming negative response to your "new" Message Center.  Now that I've been FORCED to endure it, I will do the best I can but it seems to me that "enhancements"  could have been made without jeopardizing the good of the old.

Verizon has screwed this up for over a year, perhaps it is time to pay for someone to fix it?

I am unable to move email from my inbox to save in my drafts folder. This happened after the migration, so I may be missing something or there is a problem.

Verizon

Your new email is TERRIBLE.  I can only count on haveing to restart IE at least 1,2 or 3 times during a simple session.  I have to copy my typed message because it is assured that your bloat web code will freeze.  Delete hardley works as expected.  It is slow.  Many many time before the email list shows a message pops up saying session has expired.  What good are features that crash!!!???

Like talking to a bottomless pit, not even an echo.

In the new Verizon message center, you can't sort emails by size. I am approaching by limit and want to erase the top 30 sized emails.

Sure you can sort them by size:

It is a little diffcult to get the sort option to appear, as you can see for me it is at the far right edge of the Size header. I think if you just move the mouse pointer around you will find the sensitive spot to sort by size.

I have resolved the isuue by creating a folder that allows me to move email I wish to save into it. It was really an easy fix but thankyou for responding anyway.
