When I click on the "Email" icon the Verizon Tool Bar , an "error" message always comes up.Need help.

Good afternoon. Sorry to hear you're having that problem, but I'll be happy to assist. First, we need some more information on what is happening. Am I correct that you're talking about the email icon within the Verizon toolbar, in Internet Explorer? If so, what is the exact error message you're receiving? Further, are you able to login to email when you go to http://webmail.verizon.net ? Please provide some more details so that I can help you out. Thanks again!

Yes, it is the email icon on verizon toolbar. When i click on it, a drop down box appears. When i click on "Check Mail", I get the error page.

Obviously theres no problems with the email account since you can access the webmail site just fine. Please uninstall and the reinstall the toolbar. If you have further problems after doing so, please send me a private message.
