I tried through 1-800 verizon, who went into my computer when I told her email settings no longer showing Signature Bar. (Now I see that under general settings tab, I only have display...no longer mail tab) Her computer shows it, and when she went into my computer to remotely look at what I see...nothing was there, she tried everything and spent over an hour trying to help me, even going to the techs in her office. Nothing!! Am I the only one who doesn't have certain bars missing??? Does anyone know how to make the missing appear? Help!!

When you go here : https://mail.verizon.com/webmail/driver?nimlet=showmessages&view=emails#mail_Emails_INBOX
Then settings - email settings - signature is this enabled?
Have you tried installing a different browser and testing (such as FireFox) http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/

The only way to rectify the problem was to go to Mozilla...thank you so much!! If you received my first reply, please accept my deepest apologies for not going and do the second step (mozilla) first. It is just so frustrating when things happen and you not only try to solve the problem yourself, but go to the techs and they can't explain what happened.....
I have made a mental note that possibly it is the internet provider that might be the problem....thanks again!

Glad to here that work around helped. If you ever want to go back to Internet explorer you could go to control panel - internet options - advanced - reset Internet explorer .... But you will lose any custom settings.
