Just went to send out a message and all my contacts are gone!!! I click on the "contacts" tab and it's all blank!! Not acceptable since I just imported them all from a program that will no longer work on my system. What gives, Verizon??!!
Were they ever there since you imported them from your other program? It could have been a possible failed import. Importing involves exporting the contact from program A to a file (commonly a .csv) then importing that file into program B. Try using the file it made to import them again.
