Who disabled/suspended my email account?

For at least the last 48 hours, I have been unable to get my email. I can get onto the internet, but when I sign in for email, a message emerges that states "Account has been suspended" and in another window it states "account has been disabled". I have tried every trouble shooting suggestion with no results; I cannot even find the words "account suspended" in any of the language for troubleshooting! This is most annoying; we have also tried to call this problem in for 2 days and get nowhere. I saw a problem like this on this blog almost a year ago and the problem was mysteriously rectified. Is this annoyance and inconvenience part of the fios plan? Anyone else having this problem?
