It appears that the Verizon webmail only shows the emails coming to my primary account. Is there a way to "tell" it to download a subaccount, as well? I've looked, but cannot find this on teh web site.
If I understand correctly, you are referring to an email client that your primary email account forwards to. If this is the case, you can configure your subaccount to download the messages to your email client the same way the primary account is set up. Here are a few links on how to get that done. No - I am not referring to the mail client on my computer (Windows Mail) which successfully displays mail from all acounts. I am referring to Verizon's Webmail (http://mail.verizon.com/webmail/driver?nimlet=showmessages&view=emails#mail_Emails_INBOX) which only displays emails posted to my primary account and not to any subaccounts. Thus, the problem is how to configure Verizon's webmail and not my mail client. Is that clearer?
