Verizon.net Email

I have someone sending emails from my verizon email address to all my contacts.  I have not sent them.  What can I do about this?   The messages are imbarressing and hopefully my friends and contacts know that I am not really sending them myself.

But please help me get this person who is doing this ...... tell me what to do.

The best thing to do concerning the emails that are being sent that you are not sending would be to change you password and security question.  As far as finding out who is doing this is nearly impossible.  I am going to send you a private message to assist in changing the password.

Please, Mark, send me the same instructions.  Someone is spamming from my email address (NOT to my contacts) and I can't figure out how to change my password.  I am desperate.
