is merger with direct TV causing Outlook email problems?

I'm guessing yes. They say "doing maintenance" and have said for 2 days problem would be fixed each day.  Not.

I'm using their webmail of course, but it's not as convenient for me as Outlook.  Any input would be appreciated.

Sorry if I'm posting in wrong place, I'm new to forums.

BTW, their website also says their billing system is "under conversion."
