unable to check email

From the "My Verizon' page, I cannot access email.  I just receive a blank page, forever, using the following link: 

https://webmail.verizon.com/signin/MyVzAuthorize?source=myvz&action=email

When I return to the "My Verizon" page, the message is:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

Hello Sunman,

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I tried to replicate the issue you're ecountering, by clicking on the link and I am able to navigate through to a test email account. It is possible what you're experiencing may be browser specific. Could you tell us what browser you're using and also try some other browsers? I used Firefox when testing this.
