I just hit my 2 year mark for my phone and my wife's phone. I want to upgrade to new enV Touches. Apparently only my phone can be upgraded for free, and I still need to pay $99 for the other one. Why is that? We are on the family share plan, but there is no upgrade option for her phone.

Only the primary line qualifies for the "NE2" with the added discount. Secondary lines on a family share plan will qualify for the promotional rate minus the added discount.
Is there anywhere ONLINE that you can see if you are yet eligible for an upgade on the every 2 plan?

Log in to your account as the primary account holder (which you need to get straightened out first, based on your other posts). On the My Services tab, there will be wording that says:

I came here with the same question.
It says all over the verizon website that "You can also transfer your New Every Two credit to another line on your account".
http://support.vzw.com/faqs/Wireless%20Service/faq
Is it possible to transfer the NE2 credit or is that false?

Yes. you can transfer the NE2 credit and use it on another line. However, when you do that, the primary is not eligible for NE2 for another 2 years. What this is called is an "alternate upgrade", and it can be done as long as the primary is willing to forego upgrading for another 2 years.

Thanks for the fast response Suzy. I really appreciate it.
Can an alternate upgrade be done online? I don't see an option for it when I try to upgrade through My Verizon.

You can't do it totally online - you do have a couple of ways to accomplish this.
You can do the upgrade online on the line that is eligible, and order the phone. When it comes, you can call Customer service and have it activated on the OTHER line, and have the "upgraded" line left alone. Or, you can take the phone into a store and have it activated on whatever line you want.
So you can order it with the upgrade discount price, but when it comes time to activate it, you will need to get customer service involved to activate it on an "alternate" line.
